- All speed tests were conducted on a local ThingWorx instance to mitigate network speed variability and ping, Chrome browser and Windows 10. For testing we used a Collection widget with a Cell mashup made up of the most used widgets in a given app and repeated 500 times. Both mashups with OOTB widgets and IQNOX widgets have the same type and number of widgets. Results may vary based on system configuration, mashup content and other factors.
- Cold load time refers to the first time the app loads with no cache for any of the widgets. Hot load applies when navigating to a mashup within the same application. Script load time – the time the browser takes to execute the JavaScript code associated with the widget. This does not include resource download time and rendering time which have similar values in both cases.

On how many servers may I install the Widget Pack?
There is no limit on how many ThingWorx instances you can install the widgets on as long as they are owned and used by your company. For System Integrators please contact our sales team at sales@iqnox.com.
How many developers can use the Widget Pack at once?
There is no limit to how many developers can use the Widget Pack.
How would a feature request work?
We welcome feature requests. We evaluate each request against our roadmap and regularly release new features. If you’d like to accelerate a feature request, or require custom development, please contact our sales team at sales@iqnox.com.
What happens when PTC releases a new version of ThingWorx?
We try to stay as agnostic as we can from the platform. But being that we don't control the development of the ThingWorx Platform, issues might come up. But fear not, by the time our users want to update to the new version, we are already compatible.
What happens if I cancel my subscription after the first year?
If you decide not to buy the subscription anymore, no hard feelings! You can keep using the widgets for as long as you want, but with no updates and support.
